Ideal for couples who have already booked their venue and secured a few key vendors, but still need guidance to pull everything together. This package offers the perfect balance between hands-on planning and professional support.
With the Partial Planning Package, you'll continue to lead the way, while I step in to assist with vendor coordination, creating a detailed wedding day timeline, and tying together all the important details. You’ll have the freedom to stay involved, plus the reassurance of expert advice and support throughout the process. Together, we’ll make sure your day is beautifully executed and stress-free.

You’ve done the hard work of planning—now let me sprinkle a little coordinator magic to bring your dream wedding to life. Whether you're three months out or a year away, I’m here to help you tie up loose ends, solve any last-minute concerns, and make sure everything runs smoothly on your big day.
We’ll meet to review the plans you’ve already put in place, and I’ll step in to manage the logistics just as you envisioned it. From vendor communication to timeline execution, I’ll make sure all your efforts come together seamlessly so you can truly enjoy every moment.

Need to visually see your options for all the tables that will be at your wedding? This feature is a great addition to any package. We will discuss the fine details of how you want every table to look. I will then take pictures to create mock-up photos. With these photos, you will get to see your vision come to life!

FAQ
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO BOOK?
If you are looking for a planner, 12-18 months out is the best time to book. If you need a day of coordinator, 3-6 months out is best time to reach out. Simply fill out the inqury form.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes! Traveling boundaries are as south to Eugene, OR, north to Vancouver, WA, and west to the Oregon coast. Weddings outside of the travel range is $1/mile. Any additional traveling, by flights or needing to stay in a hotel has additional charges
ARE PACKAGES CUSTOMIZABLE?
Yes! You may see a perfect package, bur need some adjustments. We can discuss the specific servies in the package that you do and don't need. Upon agreement, you will recieve a price and list of services that will be provided
CAN I ADD MORE HOURS?
Most defiently! You can add as many hours as you desire to have for your wedding day. Each additional hour is $150.
