DESIGN SERVICE
Need to visually see your options for all the tables that will be at your wedding? This feature is a great addition to any package. We will discuss the fine details of how you want every table to look. I will then take pictures to create mock-up photos. With these photos, you will get to see your vision come to life!

Katelyn did such a great job being day of coordinator for our wedding. We wanted help with the flow of events and clean up and she did such a wonderful job. FAQ
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO BOOK?
If you are looking for a planner, 12-18 months out is the best time to book. If you need a day of coordinator, 3-6 months out is best time to reach out. Simply fill out the inqury form.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes! Traveling boundaries are as south to Eugene, OR, north to Vancouver, WA, and west to the Oregon coast. Weddings outside of the travel range is $1/mile. Any additional traveling, by flights or needing to stay in a hotel has additional charges
ARE PACKAGES CUSTOMIZABLE?
Yes! You may see a perfect package, bur need some adjustments. We can discuss the specific servies in the package that you do and don't need. Upon agreement, you will recieve a price and list of services that will be provided
CAN I ADD MORE HOURS?
Most defiently! You can add as many hours as you desire to have for your wedding day. Each additional hour is $150.
